Viezo was founded in 2018 by 3 visionaries, who were driven by one goal--to provide clean and low power energy for wireless IoT sensors and eventually to create fully sustainable wireless sensors of their own.

Viezo & Kaunas University of Technology form an important strategic partnership to create unique energy harvesting technology

Angel Investment
Investment fund together with members of the business angel network LitBan invests in Viezo
Patent Application
Viezo team files a patent application for their energy harvesting technology which is utilizing Piezoelectric PVDF material to convert vibrations into electricity.

Right before Christmas, Strider the energy harvester is born. The most powerful and best looking iteration of the energy harvester to date
Launching Sonora Product Series
Viezo ships their first LoraWAN vibration sensors powered by vibration energy harvesting to customers
Launching Powerail v1
Viezo launches Powerail - autonomous IoT for railway. Powerail is a cost-effective and safety-oriented IoT solution helping wagon owners avoid derailments, reduce maintenance costs and increase their wagon availability.
