BELT MISALIGNMENT
Diagnosed issue
In June 2026, Sonora detected vibration patterns indicating belt misalignment on the main motor. The system identified strong harmonics around 70 Hz, suggesting possible pulley misalignment or another shaft-related issue.
Following the notification, the maintenance team inspected the drive system and confirmed misalignment of the belt pulleys. Corrective alignment work was scheduled and completed shortly afterward. The defect was validated as a belt-related issue caused by pulley misalignment.

Sonora enabled rapid identification of the problem before it could develop into excessive belt wear, increased vibration, or secondary damage to rotating components. The early alert allowed maintenance teams to perform a targeted adjustment and restore proper alignment with minimal intervention.
