Diagnosed issue

During data analysis, an unusually high noise level was detected, indicating a possible motor bearing failure or impeller wear. We recommended checking the bearing and impeller.
Upon inspection, it was found that the impeller was touching the housing. The exact cause remained unclear, but it was suspected that the bearing might have started to deteriorate. The customer ordered a new bearing and scheduled maintenance. During additional inspection, the bearing appeared worn but without visible damage. The customer also noted that a clogged fan filter might have contributed to the increased noise levels.

Results

The system’s alert allowed early identification of a developing fault, preventing a potential equipment shutdown. Detecting the issue in time helped avoid unexpected extraction system failure and downtime, and enabled planned maintenance instead of reactive repair. The customer expressed satisfaction with the solution, noting that the system operates reliably and clearly signals real changes in equipment condition.
